How can I allow popups from your site?
The easiest way is to press CTRL when you click on the button that opens a new browser. In the subscription process, it's the Make payment button in step 3 – Your order.
If it still doesn't work, try one of the following:

Google toolbar
When you get to the site where you want to allow popups, click the Popup blocker button.

The button text changes to read Popups okay, indicating that the popup blocker has been disabled on that site.

Is payment secure?
Yes. We use leading edge technology to protect you from the loss or illegal use of personal information.
The software encrypts your personal information as you enter it, making it impossible to read it during its transfer on the Internet. No information related to your order, including your name, address and credit card number circulates openly on the Internet. This secure service is provided by Caledon.
At no time do we store your credit card information on our system. Your credit card number is not printed on any document, invoice or list. None of our employees have access to this number.
When you complete an on-line transaction, you can make sure you're in secure mode by checking that the site's URL starts with https:// instead of http.
The lock icon at the bottom of your browser (see picture below) confirms that you are in secure mode.

How does the automatic renewal work?
Subscriptions are on a monthly basis. You pay to have access to the service for a month, with a given number of units. At the end of the month, the subscription is renewed automatically: the cost of your subscription package is charged to your credit card and your number of available units is reset.
Unused units are not transferable to the next month.

How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is easy. Here's how to do it:
- 1. Sign in to your account using your username and password.
- 2. Click the My account tab on the top right corner of your screen. A new window opens; click Cancel my subscription.
What you're actually cancelling is the automatic renewal. Your account will remain accessible until the end of your subscription period.

Can I change my subscription package?

Do I have access to photos and graphics?
If your subscription includes the PDF versions, you can, for many sources, view the newspaper page as it was published on paper. You'll be able to see the photos and other pictures. However, you can't search for pictures directly.
The PDF format is not available when you purchase single articles or in some subscription packages.

Why is the cost of articles calculated in units?
Articles have a "price" in units to reflect their relative value. The price for most articles is 10 units, but can go as high as 50 units for articles from specialized or prestigious sources.
The cost of each article in unit is displayed under the checkbox on left of the title in a search result or folder document list (e.g. 10u.)

How many units do I have left?
Your unit balance is displayed in the top right corner of the interface when you're in your account.

What's the value of an article in units?
The cost of each article in unit is displayed under the checkbox on left of the title in a search result or folder document list (e.g. 10u.)
The PDF version of an article costs 2 units. This amount is added to the value of the article. A same PDF page can be viewed several times within a session at no additional cost, either from a same article or from another article in the same page.

When are units deducted from my account?
With your subscription, you get an amount of units that you exchange for the right to view documents. This unit system is used to take into account the relative value of documents. The cost of each article in unit is displayed under the checkbox on left of the title in a search result or folder document list (e.g. 10u.)
A document is considered viewed when you have access to its full text: it is displayed on your monitor or printed on paper. You pay the viewing fee for a same document only once in a same session. If you view this same document in another session, you will have to pay the fee again.
In summary, the value of an article is deducted from your unit balance when:
- you view a document for the first time;
- you view a document you've already viewed in a previous session;
- you view, for the first time in a session, a document you saved in a folder in a previous session;
- you print, for the first time, a document without displaying it on your monitor first;
- your print a document you displayed on your monitor or printed in a previous session;
Your unit balance doesn’t change when:
- you display a document on your monitor more than once in a same session;
- you print a document you have already viewed in the same session;
- you save a document in a folder;

Can I add units to my account in a month?
